The Board voted on October 25, 2023 to indefinitely close the license application window for new Tier 4 indoor cultivation licenses. That window will close at the end of the business day (4:30pm) on Friday, November 24, 2023.
Existing Tier 4 indoor cultivators would still be able to renew their licenses.
The license application window for indoor Tier 5 cultivators remains closed. The Board voted to close this window on April 25, 2023.
The Board also voted to hold closed the application window for new Tier 4 and 5 outdoor and mixed cultivation licenses. Those windows had originally been scheduled to re-open on Friday, December 1, 2023 - they will now remain closed to new applications.
Again, this window closure does not effect renewing Tier 4 and 5 outdoor and mixed cultivators.
