The Cannabis Control Board recently issued this Request for Proposals for consulting services.
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Cannabis Control Board is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide:
1. Modeling: Conduct a statewide cannabis demand study and supply modeling to better understand current and future market conditions through FY ’27. Modeling should include analysis of how certain policy decisions at the state and federal level may impact the Vermont licensed cannabis market.
2. Business support: Evaluate models for supporting small cannabis businesses
3. Audit: Evaluate Vermont’s existing and proposed cannabis regulations and provide recommendations for improvement
4. Assess: Evaluate and recommend improvements to CCB internal operations
5. Other: Other considerations as identified.
