On December 20, 2023, the Cannabis Control Board voted to seasonally close the license application window for new outdoor and mixed-use cultivation licenses starting from March 1, 2024. This closure will last until November 1, 2024, when the window will re-open.
Additionally, the Pre-Qualification license application window for new outdoor and mixed-use cultivation licenses closed on February 1, 2024.
