An important update about inventory tracking

CCB Staff are actively working to resolve technical issues in the inventory tracking portal with transfer, acquisition, and manufacturer reporting. While we expect a complete fix in the near future, here’s what you are required to do in the meantime:

  • Continue to maintain detailed internal records of transfer, acquisition and manufacturer reports.

  • While you may not be able to enter harvest process lot or manufacturer process lot in the tracking portal, these records must be maintained internally while improvements to the inventory tracking portal are made.

  • In the future, these fields will be required to successfully complete inventory tracking.

Once these technical issues are fully resolved, CCB staff will provide guidance and training on using the inventory tracking system.
