The Cannabis Control Board submitted their required report to the Vermont Legislature on Friday, January 14th, 2022. The purpose of this report was to make recommendations on:
- Online ordering and delivery
- Additional allowed license types, including craft cooperative, delivery, and special events
- Whether cannabis products should contain a minimum amount of cannabidiol (CBD) to aid in the prevention of cannabis-induce psychosis
- Whether to allow the display and sale of cannabis-related paraphernalia by non-licensed establishments
- A summary of work completed thus far with Vermont agency partners on economic opportunity program development for individuals who have been historically disproportionately impacted by cannabis prohibition
