Local Cannabis Control Commissions
The below towns have opted to form a local cannabis control commission. Applicants seeking a license in these towns will need local licensure before they may begin operating.
If your town's governing body has voted to form a local control commission, please let the CCB know by sending a copy of the resolution, signed by the legislative body, to CCB.Info@vermont.gov
