Notice of Rulemaking and Invitation to Comment

The Cannabis Control Board has proposed amendments to the following administrative rules:

• Rule 1: Licensing of Cannabis Establishments
• Rule 2: Regulation of Cannabis Establishments
• Rule 4: Compliance and Enforcement

The CCB will convene two public hearings solely for the purposes of hearing public comment at:

• May 10, 2023 at 10:00 am
• May 15, 2023 at 6:00 pm

Individuals without computer access may participate at a public terminal available at the CCB’s offices at 89 Main Street, 3rd Floor, in Montpelier, 05620-7001.
