Please find below a summary of services provided under the Medical Cannabis Program.
The medical program is under the jurisdiction of the Cannabis Control Board as of January 1, 2022. However, some services may redirect you to the old Department of Public Safety website until January 30.
Online Services - Access your Portal
Your online portal is the most efficient way to have you application approved in a timely manner.
The Portal is where you submit your initial or renewal application and payment to be a patient, caregiver, or to request to be a qualified healthcare provider under the medical cannabis program. Those links may also be found directly below

Patients and caregivers applying online do not need to submit a printed application.
Renewing patients & caregivers who do not have an online portal account should email the medical program team to request an account. A username and temporary password will be sent to you.
If you are having difficulty accessing your online portal, or need help filling out an online form, email the medical team to book an appointment - someone will help you through the process. Please include in your email some available dates & times that would work for you.
