Use this form to report compliance and/or enforcement issues related to adult-use cannabis establishments. Please be as detailed as possible in your complaint in order to assist any ensuing investigations.
The CCB may contact you if we require clarifying or additional details. You may also report a complaint to the Cannabis Control Board anonymously. Regardless of whether you report anonymously, confidential information will not be released to the public. Confidential information may include a cannabis establishment’s location, security, trade secrets, or employees. Information related to license applications, public safety, or unresolved criminal cases may also be confidential. For complex and serious complaints, please consider providing contact information to assist members of the compliance team in their investigation.
The Board will not provide updates on your complaint. More information on the Board's compliance and enforcement regulations may be found in Board Rule 4.
