For your convenience, we work hard to answer your questions on our website and by email and phone. For customers who need additional support, we offer medical cannabis application assistance via Microsoft Teams and the ability to let us know you are coming to the office by scheduling an appointment.

If you have already submitted your application, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
