All cannabis and cannabis products must be registered with the CCB prior to being offered for retail sale in Vermont.
Please use the CCB Portal to register all products: http://vermont.force.com/vccb/s/
IMPORTANT NOTE: When registering products through the licensing and registration portal linked above, please be sure to allow pop-ups from Salesforce when prompted. Failing to allow pop-ups may cause your application to become stuck in "draft" form - meaning licensing staff will not be able to review it.

Cannabis products (edibles, tinctures, concentrates, etc...) must be packaged for retail sale in opaque and child-resistant packaging. Cannabis (flower, trim, pre-rolls) is not required to be in child-resistant packaging. The packaging for cannabis need only be child deterrent and does not have to be opaque. Please refer to this one-pager for more information on child-resistance vs. deterrence. Vermont does not allow retail sales of cannabis or cannabis products in plastic packaging. The CCB has compiled a list of compliant packaging found here: Approved Packaging Waivers & Plastic Free Packaging Options.
