Cannabis Control Board Commissioners will be in Lyndon for a listening session on the CCB’s hemp program.
The Board adopted emergency rules in April regulating synthetic cannabinoids and intoxicating hemp derivatives. Ahead of adopting final rules, the CCB is looking for input from hemp growers, manufacturers, and other interested stakeholders to construct a program that is right-sized for Vermont.
