Guidance for Generic Process Lot Use
Our inventory tracking forms for Manufacturer reporting now require process lots for source material. Manufacturers who do not have a process lot for source material can use a temporary Generic Process Lot to report the manufacture of Concentrate/Extract lots. This temporary process lot may only be used for reporting the processing of plant material received prior to April 1, 2025. Plant material received after April 1, 2025, should be reported through a Transfer report sent by the cultivator to you for Acquisition.
Please use the request form below to notify the CCB you would like a generic process lot. Once the request is processed, you will receive an Acquisition notification email indicating the generic lot has been transferred to you. Complete the acquisition report to make the lot available for your reporting.
