Important updates to the Inventory Tracking Portal

On Friday, July 26, CCB Staff will roll out updated transfer, acquisition and manufacturing forms in the Inventory Tracking Portal. These forms feature improvements to the process flow.

Some important points about these improvements:

  • Effective date: Licensees should begin using the updated forms starting Friday, July 26. 

  • Past data: In May, the CCB advised establishments to maintain detailed internal records while the previous forms were unavailable. While we are not requiring past data to be entered into the new transfer and acquisition forms, we do recommend that establishments enter their past transfer and acquisition data if they are able.

  • Manufacturing Form: For the new manufacturing form, please enter past data to ensure manufacturing lots are available in the system.

  • Training Series: The CCB will soon launch a training series on Inventory Tracking. Stay tuned for more details!
