In accordance with Act 62, the Medical Cannabis Program will transfer to the Cannabis Control Board from its current location within the Department for Public Safety. This transition will take effect on January 1, 2022.
What does this mean for you?
Hopefully, not a whole lot. The CCB and Medical Cannabis Program are working hard to provide a seamless transition and continuity of services throughout this process. The same dedicated staff that currently administer the medical program will move to the CCB's Montpelier office, where they will continue to provide excellent service.
