New: Required training for all licensed cultivators

News

State law (7 V.S.A. 865(a)) requires that "A licensee shall complete an enforcement seminar every three years conducted by the Board. A license shall not be renewed unless the records of the Board show that the licensee has complied with the terms of this subsection."

CCB staff have been hard at work this summer to develop a convenient way for you to complete the required enforcement seminar training on your own schedule. As outlined by law, completing this training will be a condition for renewing your license. If you previously completed the required training last fall, please note that this training is meant to supplement the last topic to cover changes in procedure.

For cultivators, the topic of this training is a review of the Inventory Tracking Form. Thankfully, you should be able to complete this fairly quickly. Our training video is about 25 minutes long and features a link to a quiz at the end. Here are a few notes on this training:

  • Each licensee should complete the quiz individually to make sure you get credit.
  • There are 4 total quiz questions and a passing grade means at least 3 correct
  • If you hold another license type, keep an eye out for other upcoming trainings to launch soon.
