The Board adopted emergency rules in April regulating synthetic cannabinoids and intoxicating hemp derivatives. Ahead of adopting final rules, the CCB is looking for input from hemp growers, manufacturers, and other interested stakeholders to construct a program that is right-sized for Vermont.
Cannabis Control Board Commissioners will be in traveling around the state for a number of listening sessions on the CCB’s hemp program.
Members of the public not able to join in-person may join remotely via Microsoft Teams. These meetings will also be recorded and uploaded to YouTube afterwards.
