The Cannabis Control Board has officially filed rules 3 and 4 with the Secretary of State and is officially seeking public comment. There will be a hearing for rules 3 and 4 in mid- to late-February (exact date TBD). Please review the rules below, and submit comment via the portal here.

The Board will meet to discuss upcoming peer-to-peer networking events for social equity applicants, fee proposals, and a discussion of 7 VSA § 904(a).

The Board will meet to continue discussion on additional licensing tiers, review the social equity sub-committee report, and discuss (and possibly approve) the January 15th report to the legislature.

The full advisory committee to the Cannabis Control Board will convene at 1pm to discuss the Board's January 15th report to the legislature.

In accordance with Act 62, the Medical Cannabis Program will transfer to the Cannabis Control Board from its current location within the Department for Public Safety. This transition will take effect on January 1, 2022.
