Board Meeting

The Cannabis Control Board will convene at 9:30am. Items to be discussed:

  • Highway Safety & Crash Data Review
  • Impaired Driving and Drug Recognition Expert Program Overview
  • Criminal Justice Data Collection & Analysis
  • Banking Updates

There will be multiple opportunities for public comment throughout the meeting.

Board Meeting

The Cannabis Control Board will convene at 10:00am. Items to be discussed:

  • Vermont Hemp Program
  • Fire Safety & Building Codes
  • Laboratory Testing & Capacity
  • Processing and Extracation

To comply with Vermont's open meeting law, the Cannabis Control Board will have a physical meeting space at 116 State St in Montpelier (the second floor conference room in the Agency of Agriculture, Food & Markets building). However, presenters and Board members may continue to participate remotely until further notice.

Board Meeting

The Cannabis Control Board will convene on July 13, 2021. The meeting will begin at 9:30am and is expected to adjourn at roughly 3:45pm.

The meeting with focus on Energy, Environment, and Land Use in Cannabis Cultivation.

To comply with Vermont's open meeting laws following the end of the COVID-19 State of Emergency, the Cannabis Control Board will have a physical meeting space at 116 State St in Montpelier (the second floor conference room in the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food & Markets building).

The Cannabis Control Board will convene at 9:30 am. There will be an opportunity for public comment, followed by Executive Session to further discuss consultant finalists.

  • Substance Misuse Prevention
  • Marketing and Advertising with Youth Prevention in Mind
