State of Vermont offices will be closed in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

The Cannabis Control Board announced the hiring of Cary Giguere as Compliance Director during its Wednesday, June 29th, meeting.

The application window for tier 1-3 manufacturing, as well as wholesale licenses, will open at 10am today, July 1st.

S.188 was signed by Governor Scott on May 31, 2022 and became Act 158, an act relating to regulating licensed small cannabis cultivation as farming.

The CCB voted during its Tuesday, May 31st meeting to adopt a new meeting schedule through August of this year. Starting next week, those dates are as follows. All meetings will be Wednesdays at 1pm, unless otherwise noted.

The Board will convene at 1pm to review staff recommendations on social equity status, pre-qualification, and full license applications
