The Cannabis Control Board approved its first batch of retail establishment licenses today, September 14, 2022 to the following applicants, two and a half weeks ahead of schedule:

• Mountain Girl Cannabis (Rutland)
• FLŌRA Cannabis (Middlebury)

Champlain Valley Dispensary, Inc., CeresMED, Ceres (Burlington) is included in this list is an integrated licensee.

As part of Governor Phil Scott’s updated public safety and violence prevention plan the enforcement relationship between the Cannabis Control Board and the Department of Liquor and Lottery was defined, which has led to confusion about the nature of this relationship.

The Cannabis Control Board voted on Wednesday, August 31st to adopt a fall meeting schedule. Meetings will continue to be held weekly at 1pm on Wednesdays, unless otherwise stated. The full adopted schedule may be found below:
