The CCB office will be closed to the public Monday, April 8

Following state guidance on planning for the solar eclipse, the CCB office will be closed to the public on Monday, April 8. Office staff will be working remotely. Visit our website for contact information should you need assistance from a member of CCB staff on that day.

The CCB office will resume normal operations on Tuesday, April 9.

The CCB would like to encourage all Vermonters and visitors to enjoy the occasion safely and responsibly.

The CCB office has moved

This week, the CCB office moved to its permanent location on the third floor at 89 Main Street in Montpelier. The CCB had been temporarily located on the second floor during construction.

89 Main Street is the City Center building in downtown Montpelier. The CCB office can be found by taking the elevator or stairs to the third floor. Signs will indicate our office.

Tier-3 (All) & Tier-2 (Mixed) Cultivation Applications Due Before April 1

On February 28, 2024 the Cannabis Control Board voted to indefinitely close the window to submit applications for all types of tier-3 cultivation licenses and mixed tier-2 cultivation licenses, effective midnight April 1st, 2024. This means that applicants or licensees wishing to be licensed as any type of tier-3 cultivator or as a tier-2 mixed cultivator must submit a complete application for licensure by March 31, 2024.
