Incorrect Product Registration Notifications

We are aware of an error in a communication sent to some licensees over the past few days.

CCB staff recently sent an email to licensees with incomplete product registration submissions. However, in processing the list of licensees, some licensees received incomplete notifications for product registrations that they did not submit. This was an error on our part, and we are working to remedy the issue.

Tuesday, 8/8: Medical Program Study Committee Meeting

Act 65 tasks the CCB, in consultation with stakeholders, to make recommendations about Vermont’s medical cannabis program, including:

  • The conditions that should qualify for medical cannabis
  • Which strains are appropriate for a given condition
  • Dosing and other treatment standards
  • Any other recommendations that might improve the program

The study committee will meet four times over the summer and fall. All meetings will be open to remote public attendance. The first meeting will occur on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
